1. Data Controller

The Data Controller is Diamond Service S.r.l., Via Ungaretti 2/A, 29012 Caorso (PC), Italy. Privacy-related requests may be sent to info@diamondservice.it.

2. Website navigation data

The hosting and IT infrastructure may process technical information necessary to deliver and secure the website, including IP address, date and time, requested resource and browser/device information. This data is processed for operation, security, troubleshooting and prevention of abuse.

3. Contact form and enquiries

When you contact Diamond Service by form, email, telephone or WhatsApp, we process the information you voluntarily provide, including contact details, company, country, area of interest, message and technical or commercial information included in the enquiry. We use it to respond, provide technical or commercial assistance and manage any subsequent pre-contractual or business relationship.

The legal basis is the performance of measures taken at your request before entering into a contract and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in managing business communications and protecting our rights.

4. Recipients and service providers

Data may be processed by authorised Diamond Service personnel and service providers supporting hosting, email and IT infrastructure, under applicable data-protection requirements. Data may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect legal rights.

5. Google Analytics and Google Maps

With your consent, the website may use Google Analytics 4 to measure website usage and improve content and performance. Analytics is disabled by default and loaded only after you enable the Analytics preference. The Contact page can also display Google Maps only after you enable External content. These optional Google services may process technical and usage data under Google's applicable privacy terms.

6. Retention

Technical logs are retained according to the security and operational settings of the hosting infrastructure. Enquiry data is retained for the time necessary to respond and manage the related commercial or pre-contractual relationship and, where applicable, for longer periods required by law or necessary for legal claims.

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, transfers must take place under safeguards provided by applicable data-protection law.

8. Your rights

Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests.
