THE RESULT IN ONE LINE

45° CUT.WITHOUT THE CHIPS.

They had tested many discs. After ours, the search stopped.

THE CHALLENGE

Chipping was the problem.

A large fabricator in Bavaria processes a significant volume of Ultra-Compact Surfaces, especially Dekton. Their main problem was edge chipping, particularly on 45° mitre cuts, where conventional discs did not provide the finish they were looking for.

THE DIAMOND SERVICE SOLUTION

A disc developed for UCS.

Diamond Service supplied a dedicated Diamond Disc for UCS, developed specifically for ceramic and sintered ultra-compact surfaces, with a strong focus on cutting stability and edge quality.

THE RESULT

The search was over.

After testing the Diamond Service disc, the customer achieved the clean edge they were looking for, especially on 45° cuts. The result was convincing enough that the search for a better disc was over.

WHAT CHANGED

CLEANER EDGES.MORE CONFIDENCE AT 45°.

On ultra-compact surfaces, the quality of the cut matters as much as cutting performance. A stable disc and a clean edge reduce the problems that appear exactly where the job is most demanding.
